Centre Services

Elizabeth City Centre has the following facilities for disabled patrons:

• Free wheelchair and gopher hire
• Disabled amenities including Hire Care Room with adult change table and hoist (located at the Southern Amenities)
• Disabled parking spaces for permit holders
• Priority tables in our Food Court

Wheelchair and gopher hire is a free service available from the Customer Service Desk located near Harris Scarfe and Service SA. For bookings and enquiries, please visit our Customer Service Desk or call (08) 8255 3411.

Disabled toilet facilities can be found at our Western Amenities (located off of the North and West Malls) and also our Southern Amenities (located by the Food Court).

Our Southern Amenities also include a High Care Room featuring adult change table and hoist. For access to the High Care Room, a Master Locksmith Access Key is required. Please visit the Master Locksmiths website by clicking here for more information. All other disabled toilets can be accessed without a key.

Disabled parking spaces are located by most mall entries for permit holders.

Priority tables with extra space for our mobility impaired shoppers are located on the Western end of the Food Court.

Our family rooms include private feeding areas, bottle warming facilities, change tables, family toilets, and play areas. Find them located in our Southern Amenities (by the Food Court), as well our Western Amenities (by our North and West Malls).

Elizabeth City Centre has an indoor playcentre suitable for preschool children aged 1-5 years old. The indoor playground is located in the North Mall near Harris Scarfe and our Customer Service Desk and is ideal for entertaining kids before or after shopping. Please note, parents/guardians must supervise children.

Come and join our friendly mall walking group, Walk 4 Health!

The Elizabeth Mall Walkers meet near Coles from 7.20am every Tuesday and Thursday, with warm up commencing at 7.30am before they begin their walk inside the mall.

Walk leaders are Qualified Fitness Instructors trained in First Aid and CPR.
